Sandford Property Group (previously and currently also operating as NZ Premium Products Ltd, DJI Limited, DR Developments Ltd, JD Property Developments Ltd) are a group of companies operating within the Auckland property development sector. We are a family owned and operated business, with a proven track record of development of over 15 years in the Auckland region.

Our first ever project was a tiny garage conversion in Papatoetoe in the early 2000s. Although profits from that project were modest, the wisdom gained and passion cultivated was priceless and that meantwe never looked back. We grew and grew – going from minor renovation projects, to demolish and build projects, to a variety of 2 and 3 lot subdivisions, to now deliveringmedium-large scale housing developments over 30 lots that include freehold standalone and terraced housing as well as high-end apartment buildings in thriving urban environments.

Sandford Property Group has built partnerships in both the private and public sectors through a variety of investment structures that have funded our projects. We hold direct investments in property that are strategically located to maximize returns for investors and end users. Our land holdings include a combination of fresh sites ripe for development as well as completed projects that we hold as part of our long termrental portfolio.
